Your Guide to Booking at [Your Venue Name]

Welcome! This guide walks you through everything you can do on your venue's booking site, from reserving your first bay to managing your membership. Whether you're popping in for a quick range session or planning a night out with friends, it all starts at your booking site — [venue].teesheet.ai.

Booking a session

Booking takes about a minute. Head to [venue].teesheet.ai on your phone, tablet, or computer — the site works the same everywhere, around the clock, so you can grab a bay at midnight if that's when inspiration strikes. You'll choose the type of simulator you want, pick a day and start time, and decide how long you'd like to play. As you do, the calendar shows you exactly which times are open in real time, so you're never guessing — if a slot is taken or the bay is down for maintenance, it simply won't appear. When you've found a time you like, you pay online and you're booked. That's it.

If you're coming in with a group and want to play side by side, you can book paired bays together in the same reservation so everyone's in the same spot at the same time.

A nice touch: the price you see is the price you pay, shown clearly before you check out. Rates can vary a little by day and time — weekends and holidays may differ from a quiet weekday morning — but there are never any surprises at the end.

Playing partners

When you book for two or more golfers, you can let the rest of your group in on the details too. Right after you say how many are playing, an optional step appears where you can add your playing partners so they get the tee-time information without you having to text everyone separately. It's entirely up to you — if you'd rather keep it simple, just skip the step and carry on.

Adding a partner is search-first: start typing a name and we'll surface other golfers already in the system, then tap to add them. To protect everyone's privacy, you'll only ever see a first name and last initial alongside a masked phone number — something like Jeff S. — ***-1234, never the full digits. If the person you're looking for isn't in the system yet, choose Add someone new and pop in their name and phone number. On a phone, you can tap the phone field and choose Add from Contacts right above the keypad to pull a partner straight from your address book.

Once you've booked, the confirmation screen includes a Let your playing partners know area so the good news travels fast. On a phone, one tap texts each partner the tee-time details along with a calendar link — and both iPhone and Android calendar links are included, so it works no matter what they carry. On a computer, you can copy the message and send it however you like. You'll reach out to your partners one at a time, so each person gets their own note.

Golf buddies

After you book a session with partners, you can add the ones who are already golfers to your personal Golf Buddies list with a single tap — no extra forms, just a quick save for the people you play with most.

The next time you book for a group, your saved buddies appear right at the top of the partner step, ready to add instantly. No searching, no retyping phone numbers — just tap and go.

The list is yours and yours alone. Only you can see it, and you can remove a buddy anytime, so it always reflects the folks you're actually teeing up with these days.

Saving money: discounts, promo codes, and memberships

There are a few ways your booking can cost less. If we've set up a discount on your account — say a military, loyalty, or VIP rate — it's applied automatically when you check out. You don't need to do anything or remember a code; the lower price is just there.

If you've received a promotional code (for example, a "come back and see us" offer), you can type it in during booking to take a percentage or flat amount off. Some codes have an expiration date or limited uses, so it's worth using them while they're fresh.

And if you play often, a membership is usually the best deal — more on that below.

Managing your bookings

Life happens, and plans change. From your account you can see all of your upcoming and past sessions in one place. Need to move a reservation to a different time, or cancel it entirely? You can do that yourself without calling the front desk. You'll also get friendly emails along the way — a confirmation when you book, a reminder before your session, and a heads-up if anything changes.

Lessons with a pro

Ready to sharpen your game? Head to [venue].teesheet.ai/lessons — or tap Meet our instructors from the booking page — to book a lesson with one of our teaching professionals. You don't even need an account; you can book a lesson as a guest.

You'll see a profile for each instructor, complete with a short bio, their credentials, and what they specialize in — whether that's getting beginners off to a confident start, dialing in the short game, or fitting you for the right clubs. Each pro also lists the lesson types they offer, along with the price and length of each, so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

Pick the lesson that fits and choose a day. The calendar only shows days that actually have an open slot, so you're never guessing whether a time is really available — if you can see it, you can book it.

Your account

Creating an account keeps everything tidy: your booking history, your saved details, and any discounts attached to your name all live in one spot. It also makes your next booking faster, since you won't have to re-enter your information every time.

Claiming your account

If you've visited us before, there's a good chance we already have an account waiting for you — your booking history and the details we have on file are already in the system. To get in, head to [venue].teesheet.ai/claim and enter the email address you've used with us. We'll email you a short verification code; pop that in, choose a password you like, and you're signed in. It takes about a minute, and from then on you log in the normal way.

Claiming your account is also the quickest way to start earning rewards — as a thank-you for coming back, we'll add a welcome bonus of loyalty points to your account the first time you claim it. If you've genuinely never booked with us before, there's no need to claim anything; just choose Create a new account instead.

My discounts

Some of our best rates are set aside for specific folks — seniors, students, PGA professionals, and military, veterans, and public-service members among them. If one of those is you, you no longer have to remember to bring it up every visit. Open the My Discounts area in your account, pick the discount that applies to you, and send us a quick request. We'll verify it — usually the next time we check your ID at the front desk — and once it's approved it's attached to your account for good.

From then on, the discount comes off automatically every time you book, with nothing to type in and nothing to show at the door. You can always check where a request stands right there in your account: you'll see whether it's still pending, already active, or needs another look.

Loyalty rewards

Every time you play, you earn points automatically — there's nothing to clip or remember. The more you visit, the more you rack up, and those points move you up through our tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with better perks than the one before, so your regular visits genuinely pay off over time.

Want a little extra? Add your date of birth in your account and you'll unlock a birthday bonus — points earn at triple around your birthday, our way of celebrating with you. When you're ready, you can redeem your points for credit toward future bookings, so the golf you've already played helps pay for the golf still to come.

You can check in on your points, your current tier, and the rewards available to you anytime at [venue].teesheet.ai/loyalty.

Memberships

If [Your Venue Name] is becoming a regular part of your routine, a membership can save you real money. Our plans each come with a set number of simulator hours every month, and you can choose monthly or annual billing. When you book as a member, your hours are applied automatically — the golf portion of your visit is already paid for through your membership, so there's nothing extra to settle for that part.

You can manage your membership yourself: see how many hours you have left and when they reset, upgrade to a bigger plan if you find yourself running low, or switch to annual billing to save. If you're getting close to running out of hours in a given month, we'll send you a friendly note so you're never caught off guard — and if a larger plan would suit you better, we'll mention that too.

Events, leagues, and parties

[Your Venue Name] is great for more than solo practice. If you're interested in a private event — a corporate outing, a birthday, or a group celebration — you can reach out through the site and we'll help you plan the details like timing, group size, and pricing. For events that need a deposit, you can pay it securely online at the time of booking, and we'll track it and apply it toward your final balance on the day of your event.

We also run leagues and special packages from time to time. Leagues are a fun way to play on a regular schedule with others, and you can sign up with a single click from the link we share. Keep an eye out for package deals too, which sometimes have their own simple booking pages.

Booking as a guest

In a hurry, or not ready to set up an account? You can book a tee time as a guest — no password, no sign-up. When you reach the sign-in step, choose Continue as guest, enter your name, email, and phone number, and finish your booking. You'll get the same confirmation email, and if you're playing with a group you can still add your playing partners.

One friendly nudge: creating an account is free and unlocks loyalty points on every visit, saved details for faster booking, and your full history in one place. Right after a guest booking we'll show you exactly how many points you just missed and offer a one-tap way to set up an account with the email you already gave us — so you start earning next time.

Your preferences & interests

You're in control of what you hear from us. Your Preference Center lets you tell us what you actually care about — lessons, leagues, tournaments, social events like comedy nights and themed evenings, or just the occasional deal. You can also share a little about your game (beginner, competitive, senior, women's programs) so what we send is genuinely relevant to you.

Open it anytime from the link at the bottom of any email we send, or straight from your account. Tick the boxes that fit, choose whether you'd like text messages as well as email, and save — that's all it takes to keep your inbox holding only the things you want.

Joining the waitlist

Found the perfect time only to see it's already taken? Don't give up — join the waitlist. Tell us the day and time you're after and how flexible you can be, and if that slot frees up because someone cancels, we'll reach out right away.

When a spot opens, the next person in line gets first crack at it with a short hold — about fifteen minutes — so you have time to grab it before it goes back into the pool. You'll be notified by text and email, so keep an eye out once you're on the list.

Weather day alerts

One of the best things about indoor golf is that the weather never cancels your round — a rainy, freezing, or scorching day outside is the perfect excuse to come play. If you'd like, opt in to weather day alerts in your Preference Center and we'll send you a quick note on those days to let you know we're open and ready when the outdoors isn't cooperating.

It's a simple heads-up, never spam — just a nudge on the days when a warm, dry bay sounds a lot better than the forecast.

On your phone

The booking site is built mobile-first, so it feels great on a phone. If you'd like, you can add it to your home screen and it behaves like a regular app — tap the icon and you're straight into booking, no app store required.

We can't wait to see you on the course!
